Oral-B ProfessionalCare 3000

The Oral-B ProfessionalCare 3000 model is a mid-grade electric tooth-brush designed to clean like Oral-B's higher end models with the sacrifice of some more advanced features. As a matter of fact the 3000 model is a step up from the base 1000 model in the ProfessionalCare series.

The ProfessionalCare 3000 model includes a round brush head design meant to cup each tooth separately and clean around the edges; Oral-B claims this style of brush is "dentist-inspired". The 3000 model device also includes 3 separate cleaning modes; "Daily Clean", "Sensitive Clean", and "Whitening Mode" which Oral-B claims to "remove 99.7% plague build-up" and "prevent gingivitis".

The Oral-B ProfessionalCare 3000 model also provides what Oral-B claims to be "40,000 pulsations and 8,800 oscillations per minute" during cleaning mode. For added support the 3000 model includes an integrated two-minute brush timer that runs for a maximum of 30 second intervals to ensure users brush their teeth the proper amount of time. The ProfessionalCare 3000 model includes a safety pressure sensor that eliminates all motor movement when the user is pressing the brush head too hard against their teeth. The ProfessionalCare 3000 model also includes additional features such as a battery charge level alert, indicator bristle colors to remind users to change the brush when colors have faded, and multiple brush attachments (see below). The 3000 model tooth-brush is bundled with a base charging station and the needed battery and power pack. Oral-B sells the ProfessionalCare 3000 model brush with a limited 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
