Panasonic ES8109S

The Panasonic ES8109S is an upper model cordless electric shaver in Panasonics Vortex product line. This is a wet or dry shaver, which allows it to be used in or out of the shower, with or without shaving foam.

The pivoting action shaving head rock up and down, and side to side adjusting to the contours of your face. The three shave heads have ultra sharp nano technology blades are at a 30 degree angle, and are driven at 13,000 RPM by the linear motor to give an ultra smooth and close shave with no pulling or irritation.  The pop-up trimmer allows trimming and contouring of beards, moustaches and side-burns. To clean the shaver, simply run under water and place in the HydraClean hygienic cleaning system, which includes automatic charge, clean and dry functions, all of which can be used together or independantly.  The cleaning system uses a water/detergent mix rather than alcohol and the dry setting heats the entire shaver head in conjunction with a fan dry to remove all moisture. The rechargeable battery is fully charged in one hour using the base, or power chord for easy charging while travelling, and gives about 14 shaves per charge.  The five minute quick charge allows charging for one quick shave. The LCD display indicates when the shaver needs to be cleaned or recharged. HydraClean system, AC adapter and travel pouch included. This is nearly identical to the ES8228S shaver offered by Panasonic.
